All products sold by O.W.Donald Co. are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product.
All returns require a Return Authorization assigned by an authorized O.W.Donald representative.
Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs are effective for 60 days only.
The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.
Items shipped to replace defective items will be sent freight collect.
All returns must be shipped to O.W.Donald Co. with freight PREPAID. Non-defective items cannot be returned beyond 90 days from the purchase date. Non-defective returns less than 90 days past the purchase date will be assessed a 10% restock fee. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Defective subwoofers will be replaced one time only, not including freight.
Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, O.W.Donald Co. will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. No cash or credit card refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. Credit on account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice or the current unit cost, which ever is lower.
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
2. Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
3. Items showing obvious signs of misuse or consumer abuse.
Please allow one week for return processing.
Non-Defective Returns will not be accepted 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.
